The 86th floor features the iconic open-air observation deck with panoramic views, while the 102nd floor offers a higher, enclosed viewing experience with floor-to-ceiling windows.

Reservations are required for admission. We highly recommend purchasing tickets in advance on the website, but tickets can also be purchased onsite at the ticket office located at 12 W 34 Street, between 5th and 6th Avenue.

Prohibited items include weapons, glass items, alcoholic beverages, cans and bottles, professional camera stands, sports equipment, marking instruments, musical instruments, large luggage, non-PPE costumes and masks, and outside food. There are no locker facilities for personal belongings.

Yes, you can modify your reservation through the Manage My Booking portal with the details from your confirmation email. You can update your visit date, time, ticket type, or add extras, though some changes (such as a sunset ticket upgrade) may result in an additional charge. Tickets are non-refundable and only valid for your selected date and time.
