The 86th floor features the iconic open-air observation deck with panoramic views, while the 102nd floor offers a higher, enclosed viewing experience with floor-to-ceiling windows.

There are no time limits or specified visiting windows. Allow at least one hour, and slightly more if visiting both the main deck and top deck. During peak periods there may be extended waits; express tickets can speed up the visit.
Observatory visitors should enter through the visitors center at 20 W. 34th St. Other entrances on Fifth Avenue, 34th and 33rd Streets are for tenants and their visitors.
